This guarantee covers issues related to print quality, color accuracy, and overall craftsmanship. Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor displays and printing processes.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide clear photographs of the damage or defect when reporting the issue. Do not attempt to return the item without contacting us first, as we may need to investigate the issue with our shipping partners.
Cancellations
As some of our products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations once production has begun.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.

Damaged or Defective Items (Returns)
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover all return shipping costs. Shipping Costs

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
